1. Overview
At Xephylarvun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website xephylarvun.ddd.
This policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978), and other applicable Finnish and EU consumer law. 2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

You may use our standard withdrawal form to exercise your right of withdrawal; the form is available upon request from us. Use of the form is not obligatory—any clear statement (e.g. by email) is sufficient.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
- 14 days after we receive back the goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
3. Extended Return Policy
3.1 30-Day Return Window
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Products that have been tampered with or have broken safety seals
4. Return Process

5. Refunds

5.2 Refund Method

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Defective products will be replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or quantity:

This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

9. Legal Guarantee and Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have a legal guarantee of conformity: goods must conform to the contract.
